I was denied survivor benefits from social security because I make too much money. My husband paid into social security his whole working life. What happens to his money?

That’s not right. Were you married to him at the time of his death? Are you at least age 60?
Or maybe you were denied HIS benefits because your own SS benefit is larger. You only get ONE benefit — the larger of yours or his!
