Refund of WEP
Terry, it’s Wednesday, March 26, 2025 and I haven’t seen nor had any communication from SSA regarding when/if I’ll receive my lump sum payment and monthly adjustment due to the WEP elimination provision. The SSA website continues to say that this will be done by the end of March 2025. I have my doubts! Have you heard anything different? Thank you!

It’s still not the end of March! Be patient. Wait until the first check you receive in May before starting to worry.
This is like watching for your luggage at the airport carousel — someone’s has to be last! But still very nerve-wracking!
