Is this true?
Saw a story that said Canada and Japan and some EU countries started to sell all their T bills. This scared Trump into backing off his tariffs. Can’t find the article again but wondering if it is true.

That’s true. But it was China, not Canada (at least not that we know of). Actions have consequences. Everyone is writing/talking about the fact that the world has stopped trusting America, and is coming to distrust our debt as well.
