Windfall /SS Fairness Act for College pension retirees

I am concerned, retired from an Illinois Community College, with SURS pension, My SS has been minimal, last year they made me pay $33 per month for overpayment? I paid every month to cover my Medicare benefit. This year, I have heard nothing. My friends received letters from SSN
regarding the refund from the Windfall elimination.
I work part time and wonder if this is causing more confusion with Social Security. I should be entitled to some refund from SSN for Windfall? THANK YOU

Are you still sending in that $33 for your Medicare premium? If so, they may not have gotten around to your WEP adjustment yet. It should happen soon.
