2019 Tax Refund

I filed my 2019 return electronically with direct deposit info in May of last year. I still have not received my refund. You mentioned on WGN morning news that all 2019 returns and refunds have been completed this July which doesn’t seem to hold true in my case. Is there any way to escalate my concern with the IRS?
