A hold on my Nevada Unemployment Bank of America Card due to Questionable Identity
Hello Terry. I have been locked out of my Bank of America card since July 21, 2020. This card is where Nevada Unemployment deposits my weekly benefit. There is approximately $1,109.00 in this account. I cleared my interview with NV BPC in person Identity Check November 17, 2020 but still cannot get an answer as to why I am locked out. Also, I am still owed $3,752.00 in back benefits. I have tried unsuccessfully to resolved with numerous calls and hold times. I am always told they are escalating to a supervisor who is unavailable. Any suggestions how to proceed?

Nevada is just another messed up state, apparently. I suggest writing to your local media — radio and TV stations –who are always looking for stories about this mess. And write to your state rep, and your governor. I’m sorry but I don’t have any contacts in Nevada. But I know you’re not alone. One more suggestion — file a fraud report, assuming that someone else might have gotten access to your benefits!
