Blue cross Blueshield settlement
Good morning Terry,
My question is about Blue Cross Blue Shield settlement. Is it real? Scam Y/ N. Pros and cons for applying. I was sent a postcard with an ID code. My policy is thru my local union, currently has no knowledge of this litigation. I am currently retired.
I hope ,and goal is to enlighten other as well as me.

There is indeed a proposed, but not finalized, settlement of a huge national lawsuit against BlueCross/BlueShield.
And yes, you may have received a postcard asking you to register.
