Debit Card while collecting unemployment benefits
I am already set up with IDES for direct deposit and have received one, why did I also today receive a debit card from KeyBank?
On your site, I saw that you said not to activate it, I have tried for 1 hr to call KeyBank to get them to close the account, no luck

Oh, you can’t call Keybank. And I’ve learned that if you file with IDES for fraud while receiving your own benefits, you may not be able to get your benefits in the future. This is one rare case where I would not try to report this to IDES. Two people can’t possibly be collecting on one record! So as long as you get your own benefits, just let this ride.
