HARP Loan I had until we moved on 07/7/2021
Hi Terry. Can we apply for another HARP Loan, that we had at our previous home, or is there another government loan that we don’t have to pay off, in which we get a reduction min our mortgage payment?
Our current credit scores our 808 for me and 811 for my wife.
Our current mortgage balance is $80,000.00, and our total combined income per year is only $41,025.00 per year.
Please let me know what government loans are available like I had with my previous property, which paid around one third of my mortgage balance, which I didn’t have to pay back?

HARP loans were designed to help “underwater” borrowers refinance after the financial crisis. That program has expired, but there are other similar programs available. Read this article.
