High CD Rate Offers
I saw an ad for a 6 month term High CD Rate Offer from Sun Cities Financial Group in the Chicago Tribune. It has a 3.35% interest rate. The annual yield is actually .20% with a 3.15% interest bonus. Is this a common offer from this financial group. How do they stack up against Marcus Goldman Sachs?

There is a catch — a BIG catch! I haven’t read the terms, but it probably requires you to roll it over at whatever rate they offer at the end of the term. There is NO FREE LUNCH!!
