I’am a senior in my 70 I am financially secure. I would like to invest one thousand dollars in the market. I would appreciate your advice on what to invest in. And how to do it.

OK, how much of that money are you willing to lose? When you answer that question, I can respond with an appropriate answer. This doesn’t mean you WILL lose it — but that you’re willing to lose it in pursuit of gains. Please post again!
