IRA transfer
How many days do I have to take money from an IRA and move it to a new IRA? Or do I have to directly transfer from one IRA to another? Do I need to file any form to let government know I am doing so? Thank you.

You have 60 days to move money to a new IRA. But if it’s just because you want a new investment, I suggest a direct rollover.
