LT health care hybrid/combo update

Dear Terry,

I’ve been a fan of yours for years, albeit on the sidelines. Having recently listened to the amazing “The Savage Truth on Money”, I wonder if I might join the party at this late date (I’m so impressed by your continuing involvement and energy!). My question is: Has anything substantially changed since the book’s publication in the area of Long Term healthcare hybrid combo policies? Or more specifically, do you still recommend magaltc.com and Gordon?
