Social Security Clawback
I recevied a notice that my benefits were overpaid and that they are going to stop sending payments for the next year until it is repaid. I read that the head of Soc Security said they were going to limit reductions to 10%. No one at Soc Security knows about this and they won’t make the change.
Was that really put into place?
