Social Security Fairness Act (SSFA)
Besides social security, can anyone explain to me how my SS Benefits under SSFA are calculated. My SS benefits have been increased due to SSFA based upon my wife’s SS Benefit received in 2024 and 2025. I assumed my benefit under SSFA to be 50% of my wife’s SS Benefits received. I only received about 25% of my wife’s SS Benefits received. Thank You
