Stimulus check and 19 year old dependent
Me and my husband file my son who is 19 and he gets a ssi check plus he works and he has already filed his taxes. So would he ge a check .my tax prepayer told me that i can always file him

Your son will NOT get a check if you filed him as a dependent on your return. Contact your tax preparer, and if he was taken as a dependent file an amended return and take him off!
