Stimulus Money Stolen by Spouse
I got divorced in August of 2020 and we filed our taxes together in 2020 for 2019. My January’s 2021 $600 was sent to her and the springs 2021 $1500 was sent to her. I have asked her to send it to me on numerous occasions , and she refuses. What can I do about it. This is theft of a federal check and shouldn’t be allowed!

You are one of MANY whose spouses have stolen their checks. I have been in constant touch with the IRS about Federal criminal charges. I will post alink to this and ask again!!
