Treasury Direct Account Number
My husband and I both applied for a new account on treasury direct.com and have not received account numbers in our email. I was successful opening and purchasing a $10,000 Trust I Bond. Since my Social Security number is the same for both accounts is that why I’m not getting an Account number for an individual account?

That’s exactly why. You must each open separate accounts, using your separate SS numbers. You can use the same bank account.
