Trump had previously related that if the current plan was approved it would include no taxing on social security. Do you know if it was included with was passed?

No, this was just a continuing resolution to keep the govt open — albeit at some lower levels of funding.
Look for a big tax bill which might — or might not — include this promise. That should come up in the next few weeks. The 2017 tax law, with significant tax breaks, expires at the end of 2025, so this is a top priority of the Republican-controlled Congress.
